Pro Tip of the Day - tetris 2 http://protipoftheday.com/taxonomy/term/50/0 en Pro Tip: Tetris 2, Puzzle Mode 30 is a pushover http://protipoftheday.com/node/37 <p>Tetris 2 is kind of like Dr. Mario with Tetris pieces. You have to line up three in a row to make them vanish. And the goal is to make the spheres disappear. And as bad as I am at the Puzzle Mode in most games, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the last puzzle in Tetris 2 was pretty easy to solve.</p> <p>Okay, take a look at this:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_1.jpg" /></div> <p>Looks pretty tough until you remember that if you get six blocks of the same color in a row then all the blocks of that color on the screen disappear. </p> <p>Armed with this knowledge, place the first piece here:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_2.jpg" /></div> <p>The second piece here:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_3.jpg" /></div> <p>And the third piece here:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_4.jpg" /></div> <p>This will set off a chain reaction:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_5.jpg" /></div> <p>Then you just put the next piece here:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_6.jpg" /></div> <p>Another small chain reaction later and:</p> <div align="center"><img src="http://protipoftheday.com/sites/default/files/tetris2_puzzle30_7.jpg" /></div> <p>Boom!
